breakfast 2

This is super easy! It is a breakfast burrito.

ingredients
1/4 of a red pepper
1/4 of an onion
butter
2 eggs
2 pieces of cheese
2 burrito shells

First cut up 1/4 of a red pepper, 1/4 of a small onion, and any other vegetables you want. Then grill them in a pan on medium heat with a tab of butter. When they are browned, scramble 2 eggs in a bowl, and microwave them for 90 seconds, stirring once. When that is over, mix them up and scoop into a burrito shell with piece of cheese (any kind you like), and the grilled vegetables. Fold it up and put that in the pan that the vegetables were cooking in. Add a little more butter, and cook until brown on both sides. This makes two burritos and only takes about 7 minutes.

enjoy!

breakfast 1

Hello again! Here is a great breakfast item that you will enjoy.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped peppers (Pubix has a pre cut mix that is very easy)
1/2 cup onion (whatever you like)
1 tbs garlic (pre minced is super easy)
butter (just a tab)
3 mushrooms
half of a precooked sausage
4 eggs
half of a tomato
1 cup sharp cheddar
salt
pepper
hot sauce.
Italian spices

Ok, hopefully you have a cast iron skillet,a 9 inch is best for this (that's what she said). Turn the oven on 350, and the stove top to medium. Put the butter in until it melts. Then put in the peppers. While they are cooking, cut the mushrooms into quarters and cut the onion into small pieces. Put those, and the garlic in. Cut the tomato and sausage into small pieces and add those as well. Turn the stove top down to medium low and stir in the Italian spices. Break the 4 eggs in a bowl and scramble them. Add half of the cheese, just a dash of salt and pepper, and a dash of hot sauce. Remove the pan from the heat and add the egg mixture to it. stir that all together until it is well mixed. Add the remaining cheese to the top, and put in the oven for 20 minutes.

I hope everyone will enjoy this, and remember, never use soap on an iron skillet.

thanks again!

getting started

It seems that in my experience that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is also the most impressive. It shows that you care and will be there later. The first thing that you should have is a Cast Iron Skillet. Although you don't necessarily know what it is for, it is impressive. You can cook vegetables and meat in it, and cover it in eggs, through it in the oven, and make a feast. Any size will do. Also a microwave bacon cooker is super. Bacon can also be added to anything to anything to make it look as if you have cooked for a long time. I hope that after these entries that we will all be better at cooking, drink making, and communication with our loved ones. Please stay tuned!
